Obama said the congressional baseball team was his enemy?
Obama referred to Republicans as an enemy that should be punished.
Obama said the congressional baseball team was his enemy?
The guy who shot up the congressional baseball team was a Latino???
Trump represented the proletariat, Obama represented INGSOC. You got it wrong Manc.
Obama referred to Republicans as an enemy that should be punished.
Trump represented the proletariat?
What a bizarre concept.
Punished in the voting booth.
If Latinos sit out the election instead of saying, 'We're gonna punish our enemies, and we're gonna reward our friends who stand with us on issues that are important to us' -- if they don't see that kind of upsurge in voting in this election -- then I think it's going to be harder. And that's why I think it's so important that people focus on voting on November 2nd."
Manipulating context is a pretty cheap-shot way of debating.
Why...you're wrong once again Manc!
Mr. Obama's "enemies" quote from the Univision interview:
"If Latinos sit out the election instead of saying, 'We're gonna punish our enemies, and we're gonna reward our friends who stand with us on issues that are important to us' -- if they don't see that kind of upsurge in voting in this election -- then I think it's going to be harder. And that's why I think it's so important that people focus on voting on November 2nd.
Obama was referring to 50% of Americans as 'enemies'.

Most of his support came from the working class. He was absolutely embraced by the proletariat, while the executive class endorsed Hillary Clinton. It sounds like a reversal of the norm, doesn't it?
He may have been elected by the proletariat but he sure as hell doesn't represent them. He has contempt for the White House, calledit a dump, you think he represents working types?
What? Are you saying that 50% of Americans would vote against Latino interests?
Ya know, the way you word things, "50% of Americans are enemies...", it's pretty cheap. 100% of Americans are enemies, if you don't provide the context. Enemies of something or other. Obama was talking about Latinos getting out and voting for their political friends and against their political enemies. You know that. You know the context, but you weasel-word the quote and claim Obama considered 50% of Americans enemies.
Obama referred to Republicans as an enemy that should be punished.
Look who first made a fuss over 'fake news'- it was Democrats in November, 2016. Their own rhetoric has come back to haunt them.
Look who is trying to change the subject
with an upsurge in voting
I wonder why you left that out
I beat you to the punch that you never got around to delivering.
"With an upsurge in voting" is your addition. Obama never said it.
No, he never said it
Intended on, not got around to
He wasn't talking about Americans, like Drumpf did.
So we already know the media is going to blame Trump for this, even though nobody was injured, and no attack actually occurred. But what about the shooting at last year's Congressional Baseball Game, when a self-described leftist shot 6 people, all Republicans, or police officers?
About a year ago, many Democrats on this very site were saying that Donald Trump would be to blame for future terrorist attacks, because of his opinions on immigration from Muslim countries.
So let's clarify for future reference; the left believes Donald Trump is to blame for left wing violence, right wing violence, & terrorism.
Somebody has to believe Trump is to blame for something. The right won't even blame him for his own actions.
