Deplorable’s want Trump to stay with his no DACA no illegals campaign promises

What I'm saying is.......he's doesn't want to be a 2 term president.

He’s not acting like he wants to be a ‘one term’ President, just sayin’.

You may be right.

I just have this gut feeling by watching his actions and his mannerisms.

I'm usually right....but who knows positively?

That's possible. I'm not sure President Trump ever wanted to be a one term President.

Then how come Obama didn't get DACA done (a bill) ... but rather resorted to his pen and phone (executive order) instead of working with Congress and thus created the DACA mess for the illegals?

He didn't have a Congress that was of his party. Trump doesn't have that excuse

Reagan was busy granting amnesty to illegal immigrants while arming and training terrorists in Nicaragua while simultaneously engaging in wasteful spending on unnecessary military engagements to create record debt. That's why so many liberals and establishment GOP remember him so fondly after 30 years: it was his ability to screw over both sides of the aisle and ignoring the will of the people. Most rational Americans who love this country hate Reagan. It wasn't until the Late 90's that Reagan reached deific status among the GOP. Now I see liberals coming out of the woodwork to talk about how much they loved Reagan's deficit spending and unnecessary wars and illegal arming and training of terrorists.

The point is, he led and got his agenda worked through a hostile Congress. Trump has a friendly Congress nd he won't even lead them.

Are you saying that if a President does not have a Congress of his party then he is allowed to circumvent the law?!?

I'm saying it makes getting a bill through that much more difficult. It should be easy for a "great leader" like Trump.

Nice try on the diversion though

Don't know what the heck you're talking about "friendly" Congress, but DACA needs 60 senators. Do you see 9 "friendly" democratic senators?!?

"... Democrats had “total control” of the House of Representatives from 2009-2011, 2 full years. Democrats, and therefore, Obama, had “total control” of the Senate from September 24, 2009 until February 4, 2010. A grand total of 4 months.

Did President Obama have “total control” of Congress? Yes, for 4 entire months. And it was during that very small time window that Obamacare was passed in the Senate with 60 all-Democratic votes. ..."

No matter how "friendly" :)lol:) of a Congress Trump has, it doesn't count for squat unless he has 60 senators. And democrat senators don't want to do anything for DACA. :lamo
