I seen the Democrats begin trying to destroy Trump the day after the election with a lot of the media going along with them. How much CNN is in bed with the Democrats, I don't know. But from their coverage of Trump has been all negative. Their reporters or news anchors seems to me to be out to get Trump. Whether he deserves this or not probably depends on one's partisan views. In short, CNN has taken sides in the battle in the political arena. They no longer just report the news or the events surrounding Trump in a straight and unbiased way. It's almost like CNN has become an arm of the DNC. Not to worry, Fox has been doing the same for the RNC.

So let them fight it out. When our news media becomes nothing more than propaganda arms for whichever political party's agenda they support, then this nation is in deep trouble. That I agree with. It's a shame that our news media doesn't just report what is happening in the news anymore. They take sides. Especially on the cable news outlets. They cater to their audience, Fox to the right, MSNBC and CNN to the left. It is all about retaining viewers of a certain political ideology and making money. The more viewers, the more money they make. Personally, I don't trust any of the cable news outlets. They just push a political agenda, all have taken sides in this political battle. What a shame, where is Walter Cronkite when one needs him.

My comments are to the bigger picture, in general, and metaphorical.

But specifically to this party, yeah they should've put on their big-boy pants and went. Now they appear petty and small, which I believe they are.

They need to continue reporting the facts. If Trump can't deal with that, tough. That's Trump's problem. Let the chips fall where they may.

Here's the trick, the key to unlocking political critical thinking. It seems obvious, but most people can't do it. It's 5 easy steps:

1. CNN leans left.
2. Fox leans far right.
3. Msnbc leans far left.
4. ?
5. Profit.

If one can get that, news is no longer a mystery, a scoundrel, a boogeyman. Fearing fake news is basically declaring oneself incapable of critical thinking. Follow the 5 easy steps to be free of the news monster.
 
It started last week during Thanksgiving that April Ryan who is a correspondant for Urban Radio and often a guest on CNN and MSNBC, went after Sarah Sanders over a picture of a pie she posted she made for thanksgiving. A chocolate Pecan pie. Ryan started a twitter storm claiming she didn't believe Sanders baked that pie and was demanding proof. Sanders replied to Ryan and said because she is a nice person she would bake one for her. Ryan's responses were absolutely pathetic and childish. And #PieGate was created.

A couple of days later the First Lady gave a sneak peek into the decorations this year at the White House greeting a group of children to be the first to see. Something she has been working on for weeks. So what does Vanity Fair do on the same day but publish a hit piece on the First Lady.

But even after that the left like the Huffington Post then directed their attention to calling the decorations at the White House something out of a horror movie like the Shining.....creepy. There's nothing horrifying about them. They People's House looks beautiful. The Creche which is very important to the people of the Christian faith was given great detail and thought in how it is highlighted this year. Guests are greeted with ballerinas dancing to acts from the Nutcracker. There is a tree set up in the East Wing commemorating Gold Star families and those who gave the ultimate sacrifice. It's beautiful. Every room pays respect to first families and traditions past.

This is where we are this holiday season.

My guess when the WH heard that CNN was boycotting the Christmas dinner, there were many who broke out in song.
