Ratings for MSNBC closing in on Fox

I like Rachel, too. She's pretty awesome.

My favorites, though, are Stephanie Ruhle and Joy Reid. They get the guests on there who are on the opposite side of the fence and argue with them. She and Ali Velshi had Moore's attorney on there yesterday, and he actually committed the faux pas of assuming that Velshi was from Middle Eastern country. He was like, "Your culture blah blah" and Ruhle was like, "He's from CANADA!"

LOL, I saw reruns of that and was like, "whaaaaaaa...?" What was that guy thinking, "I'm going on tv and treat the host like a Muslim, 'cause you know, he's named 'Ali', is all brown and stuff, then every xenophobic bigot and white nationalist in the country will think I'm really cool"? A true /facepalm moment.

Yeah, I saw that. That poor attorney couldn't stutter and backpedal fast enough. Stephanie Ruhle nailed that poor sucker hard!

Q3 2017 Ratings: MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow is No. 1 in Cable News | TVNewser

It's starting to look like Trump is the best thing that ever happened to MSNBC. Should they give him a big wet kiss?

MSNBC (Rachel Maddow) is not closing in on FOX NEWS they've already creamed them--and that has been going on for months now.

Here is how FOX NEWS reported 3 criminal Federal Grand Jury indictments and one guilty plea--and the reason why people are now turning over to MSNBC, and other media outlets.

Watch closely. You might find Roy Moore on Nick, trolling for kids.

You might... you might also find Charlie Sheen on there... or pretty much anyone else from Hollywood...

I jut spent three days at a downtown Toronto hotel and only had CNN to watch - no MSNBC on their system - and nearly went into withdrawal. Came back last night and MSNBC is again running happily through my system.

I'm not sure why you were experiencing withdrawals... it's all the same mind-controlling thought-policing kool-aid...

Perhaps to somebody on the far right - everything not at that end of the political spectrum is perceived as the same. But its not at all the same.

Rachel Maddow is adorable. She's funny, witty, doesn't take herself seriously (frequently cracks up her entire crew with hilarious ad libs), and really does her homework. She'll take a story from 50 years back, about a kid learning to swim, and weave it into the people who are in the headlines of the day.

Plus the shape of her face and the way she cuts her hair just makes her look like a happy elf! Gotta smile at that, lol! I'm not a big MSNBC fan (they tend to only invite "amenable" guests and analysts), but I'm a big fan of Rachel. :)

Ditto on Rachel Maddow she has a great bunch of researcher's providing her with material and no body presents it better than Rachel

I suppose you have a point there... I suppose certain specific networks are in fact better at mind control and thought policing than other networks... Maybe MSNBC has the best tasting kool-aid, who knows... I don't drink that sh**...

Someone should have told her before she went on the air that Trump's tax returns had already been released before her show aired...

MSNBC does better under a conservative administration. Fox does better under a liberal administration. Though, Fox seems to act as if Hillary won

Wishful thinking on the part of Fox, and some posters here. I say again, from MSNBC, should they give Trump a big wet kiss?

Surely having Trump to dump on all day is helpful. Perhaps their biggest helper may be CNN. Why watch MSNBC lite when you can watch the real thing!

So perhaps an additional kiss for Tapper,Lemon and Blitzer.

Trumps biggest helper for his criticism is himself.

You have a point. CNN can't compete in the adorable department. Rachel is like my big sister, but cuter. Mathews is the big brother of my fantasies. Rule is like my slightly scary best friend. These people grab me in a way that CNN doesn't.

Rhule was also really good when she was with Bloomberg, before moving over.
