But the Trump supporter is just a passing phenomenon. There is a lowest common denominator in every society...

They are simple facts, retarded but that is the source not the comedian. If the jokes were creative or funny, that would be one thing.
Need a safe space? However, they are only barks from the attack dogs.
Really? Proof?
I'm not saying all orange gropers are bad people, there are good ones. Some save lives, a small price to pay for a clown grope or two.
Lately, many comedians are making jokes about Trump that are funny to those who hate Trump.
These jokes are very similar to jokes of a bygone age that always used minorities or members of hated races as the punch line.
The situation was not the joke- the hated race member was the joke and the malady or mishap that befell them was seen to be deserved and that is what made the joke.
The Race based jokes involved the inability of the butts of the jokes to restrain their imagined instinctual responses or imagined deeply held desires. The humor depended on the bias and hate held by the audience and the teller to be funny.
THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE HATE-BASED JOKES INTENDED TO DEMEAN AND DIMINISH MINORITIES AND THE SAME JOKES INTENDED TO DEMEAN AND DIMINISH TRUMP.
Oh for the days of Johnny Carson when he actually could tell a joke that was funny because it was funny.
When will the illegitimate heirs to Carson's legacy figure out that the jokes they tell brand them as the shallow, prejudiced and biased, hate mongers that they claim to despise.
Race jokes are taboo because black people can't handle them.
Foreigners around the world by P.J. O'Rourke
(no link provided, I got banned for that on a Hannity Forum)

Because everybody's a ****ing drama queen, nowadays.
How about this guy, who got fired for bringing a watermelon to his co-workers?

What an asshole. He deserved to get fired. I'm not for all the PC stuff around, but that's just plain stupid. Who wants a stupid firefighter in their town? Not me.
Racist jokes aren't taboo, they're just...risky. Brilliant comedians like CK Lewis can pull them off.
So you can't comprehend the difference between a racist joke and one that is personal? You really need that to be explained?

You believe the dictionary can save you from your horribly moronic all-caps claim? It's an hysterical rationalization for the use of racial slurs. It's pathetic and the only question is what motive could there be. The only motive I can think of is using slurs of some sort and wanting to justify doing so. If you are not revealing far more about your position than you intend, you really need to learn something, anything, about the subject so you can stop yourself from screaming idiotic crap in defense of racial slurs.
Minorities don't choose to be minorities. Being an asshole is a choice. See the difference?
Not a huge fan of either but I think there is a clear difference between jokes targeted at a large group based on negative stereotypes and jokes targeted at a named individual in the public domain based on what they actually say and do.
The difference is that people choose to vote for Trump, and if you don't like being called stupid for supporting him they can grow a brain, and stop supporting him. Black people, latino's, Muslims, women, gays..... These people really have no choice. They didn't make a decision that lead to their association with this demographic therefore there is no basis for attacking them.
If you voted for Donald Trump you made a disgustingly bad choice, and highlighting the stupidity of that choice is not only perfectly acceptable but in fact necessary to try and help you realize how dumb your choice was. All Trump supporters by definition made this terrible choice, therefore it is perfectly acceptable to judge them all negatively as a result. There is no single thing you can say to be true about all black people other than that they have the same skin color. This tells us nothing about the intelligence or character of each individual. Even if you think there is evidence to conclude that on average there are similarities amongst them that does nothing to tell us about each individual.
Orange gropers are a very challenged lot. Making fun of them is like laughing at transvestites. It just isn't fair and is certainly not polite.

When a racial joke is made sparingly and light-heartedly, in can be funny.
When a racial joke is made pervasively, it can have lots of unintended consequences.
Making fun of a specific person for specific reasons has no meaningful relationship to this phenomenon.
You see no difference between targeting an individual based on their ****ty and immoral behavior, and targeting random strangers based on how much melanin they have in their skin?
I cannot help you. You are beyond reach.
Unfortunately the only reason they don't tell those jokes now is because they are worried about piercing the thin skin of todays audience.
Not to mention that comedians like late night TV host just jumped onto cracking on Trump because how easy it is. Comedy on this man just writes itself in most occasions, while the other times they try so hard you can see themselves strain physically.. if not mentally.
This PC culture is bull**** IMO.
I was in the States two weeks ago and saw the President many times on TV. Now here's the thing: he was not even slightly orange. If he appears so to you joG I suggest you adjust your television set; if that does not work consult an opthalmologist - OK, OK eye-doctor.
Nor, incidentally, did I hear anyone say that Mr Trump had groped them. Are you about to come forward as the first accuser.
I am reachable.
I am also a critical observer of the comics on late night TV.
As you watch these pontificating preachers attacking Trump, are you ever struck by the imbalance between the attacks on Trump and the attacks on any Democrat?
Were they also attacking Obama in the same frequency and intensity?
Their attacks are based in their hate of the person, not his actions, words or policies.
Disagree? Provide the evidence that they attack ALL politicians and I'll have been "reached".
Google "Kimmel trashes Trump" and you get about a bazillion hits.
Google "Kimmel trashes Obama" and you get zip.
It's pretty obvious to me, and might become obvious to you with a little less biased review, which of us is"beyond reach".
