An idiot setting off fireworks near Punchbowl Falls is the likely cause of a wildfire in the Columbia River Gorge that has consumed 3,000 acres, stranded 153 hikers overnight on a trail, and has the town of Cascade Locks preparing to evacuate over Labor Day weekend.

Complete moron causes accident while texting.
Potential Darwin Award member goes swimming at the top of a waterfall.
Totally worthless human steals old lady's wallet.

I don't really see a bias with the headlines. Seems to describe what happened.
Don't think may would think they are unfair if they actually described what happened.

prejudice in favor of or against one thing, person, or group compared with another, usually in a way considered to be unfair.

Our nephew is a smoke jumper now deployed to Oregon.
