All the mainstream media talk about how Trump hasn't disavowed racists is complete nonsense. This proves that, and it repeatedly proves that mainstream media journalists are biased and lie constantly when it comes to demonizing republicans.

LOL it is about CONTEXT! When did he say all that about David Duke?... days and weeks after and he even said he did not know who David Duke was...

the one being conned is you.. the media has gotten it right more than it has gotten it wrong.

I doubt very many on the left think Donald Trump hasn't said words to the effect that he denounces racists. The worry is that when he goes off script, when he's comfortable and in what he feels is his own element, he sends contradictory messages, draws weird moral equivalences, blames people protesting white supremacists as much as white supremacists, and essentially dodges around saying again what a script-writer told him to say.

Yeah, he let's his hair down and takes off his hood and then reveals what's really in his evil heart.
Ya nailed it.

Those people protesting those white supremacists showed up wearing and holding things that showed they were looking for a fight. Those people also provoked and attacked other people. Whether they were hate groups they attacked or not is not relevant. So yes, they SHOULD be blamed just as much as those white supremacists that did the same thing as those that protested those white supremacists. To think that they shouldn't be is just as wrong as those white supremacists are in their hateful bigotry. I see no difference in physically attacking people that say things you don't like vs those that physically attack people for their skin color.

The white supremacists arrived with clubs, machetes, and even firearms in some cases. The counter-protestors had intelligence that such was their intent. If you're going to a gathering of a group of armed people who wants you and all your kin banished at best, and perhaps even killed outright, failing to arm yourself is a pretty dumb thing to do. Merely having a weapon is not a sign that you're looking for a fight--merely a sign that you will defend yourself.

That's rather vague. Who provoked and attacked Whom?

Seems pretty relevant to me.

Good thing only you look through your own eyes. But one thing of note: "saying things you don't like" is a weasel-phrase. It can mean someone who expresses a negative opinion on your favorite band, or someone who bands together with others under color of organizations that have committed genocide, and then proceeds to direct genocidal rhetoric toward you. I don't know if you've read any recent issues of The Klansman or some of the rhetoric that comes out on Stormfront.org, but there can be little mistake that these people would kill or enslave blacks, hispanics, jews, etc. if given half a chance. They're similar to someone who makes a direct and credible threat to your children.
