A day after he claimed he would stop "reporting" on the Seth Rich Story, Hannity is now complaining that his advertisers are leaving him for "political reasons". No, Hannity it's because you don't know when to admit you are wrong!

This leads some to believe that he is tarnishing himself since he was put on a leash by Fox Execs. On tuesday he tweeted this:
Ok TO BE CLEAR, I am closer to the TRUTH than ever. Not only am I not stopping, I am working harder. Updates when available. Stay tuned!

If Hannity still admits that he lacks "the truth" then why did he ever start spewing his theory as "news" to begin with? Hannity is like that loon Al Green who is said to be "drafting" his impeachment resolution - all Al Green needs is the evidence and he will be ready to present it any month now. ;)

While there is merit in your observation, one must note that momentum is going AWAY from Hannitty and WITH Green.

That remains to be seen in both cases but at least Hannity has defined the alleged crime. ;)

If more advertisers leave, Fox will do something about it. Until their bottom dollar is affected, Fox doesn't give a **** what Hannity says.

Sean hates admitting he is ever wrong.

Glenn will tell you he is wrong on things every five minutes.

Glenn is crazy, Sean is not, but who is the better guy?

In the mean time, it would be nice if they both just decided to STFU about the matter.

Sean Hannity has a show in which he voices his opinions. It's no different than Maddow, or any program pushed by talking heads on the left.

The difference is that Maddow and other like thinking ideologues don't have an operation like Media Matters or ThinkProgress, etc., working against them, paid for by the Progressive Machine, that spend $10's of millions of dollars attempting to silence any "voice" that does not follow the required liberal/socialist progressive narrative.

Agree with Hannity, or not, people should be VERY concerned an ideologically driven force has been successfully eliminating anything from the airwaves that stands in their way of their message and agenda.

That is an extremely dangerous and alarming revelation.

Only if true and even Hannity admits that it may not be.

I don't know. Fox gave Bill O $25 million to go away. Maybe Hannity sees that as a deal worth striving for.

Why?

You are on TV at the pleasure of your advertisers. If you piss off a large segment of the market the company advertising on your show is trying to capture, why should what you say be protected?

Sounds to me like you want some big government thing stopping free market forces. Who knew?

PFFFT. It has nothing to do with a political agenda. If it did, why didn't Cars.com pull out two years ago when Hannity started backing Trump publicly? I will wait patiently for your response.

Yeah, Glenn straight up admitted he's more like a rodeo clown, purely entertainment, peddles controversy to make money.
And my parents just can't get enough of him, it's madness.

technically it was already in his contract, but I see your point. Hannity wants more freedom

I remember when Hannity got paid for advertising GM vehicles, just to drop them like a hot potato when bitching about them became more lucrative.
Nightmare scenario...Hannity, Beck and Limbaugh having a talk show together.

Hannity is simply too partisan and partisanship is ugly. He would do well tame his fervor a bit.

Sure. Freedom to earn even more money on his own or by joining Beck TV. Sean is pretty good at making money. This is probably well calculated.

There is a marketing trick I learned a while back. It's called sorting. In this case it's weeding out the smart people and drawing to you as many suckers as you can find, then target-market to them.

I'll bet you he takes a "vacation" soon.

Man o man, this story gets funnier by the minute. Fox is full damage control mode now:

“Like the rest of the country, Sean Hannity is taking a vacation for Memorial Day weekend and will be back on Tuesday,” Fox said in a statement today. “Those who suggest otherwise are going to look foolish.”
