And kinda homoerotic of him. Not sure how much time he dedicates to the visual...but its..disturbing...That's mature.

That's irrelevant to the point, but I'm not the least bit surprised the point went over your head. Should I say it slower and with more finger waving?
Did you read my post? Or was there not enough finger wagging and slow talking for you?
But by that same metric, lots of people don't seem to care at all about lies when it's coming from Trump and his administration. The NYT was dishonest in this instance, but Donald Trump and his team acted similar, back when the inauguration attendance controversy was going on.
The Times wasn't dishonest. Amandola and Brady didn't attend. Fewer players did attend than when Obama was President. And just like when Bush or anyone else was President, some players did skip it for personal reasons.
Dishonest would mean stating things that are lies. The pictures were different, and the reason is the staff not being in this year's picture. But they didn't say anything dishonest, as they have been known to do about any number of issues, just like our President lies when it suits him. They didn't say "only 12 players showed up" or "Danny Amandola didn't show up because he thinks Trump is a big fat idiot" or "3000 people were bussed into NH on election day".
I'm saying dishonest in terms of misleading. Putting those pictures together and trying to make a side-by-side comparison was misleading on NYT's part, because it makes it seem like the staff wasn't there at all.
So the NYT was being dishonest in tweeting the pictures without context? The answer is yes. That is the problem with getting your news from tweets. The actual story linked in the tweet did provide context. But the NYT knows most people will share the tweet without actually reading the article.
That's mature.
The Patriots aren't very happy with the New York Times right now. If you follow Donald Trump on Twitter, then you probably know that one of his favorite things to do on the social media site is to call out the New York Times for their "#FakeNews." If you don't follow him on Twitter, well, then just trust me, it's one of his favorite things to do.
Trump must've inspired the Patriots because the NFL team also called out the Times following the team's visit to the White House on Wednesday .

The more this crap happens, the more I distrust the media. Why they continue to do this when they have been called out on it is beyond me. Give it up already and just report factual news,
Trump called the NYTimes 'enemy of the people'? Among other many, MANY names.
Gee I wonder why the NY Times doesn't like Trump.
He's the one who declared war on the media, of course not all the media. Not on the Conservative outlets, those he coddles and even hires some of their people, but he's started a war with the rest of the media. The Trump supporters love when he takes shots at them, but when the media fights back they whine and cry just like their leader. What a bunch of wussies.
