Alex Jones Admits He is just an Act

You said half.

None of the numbers you provided indicated half. You said there are no liberal national talkshow hosts, I provided three.

Sounds like you do give a **** because you keep answering me.:lamo

I watched about an hour of the interview he did with Rogan. Honast opinion?I dont think its an act. I think people should watch it. You could stop as soon as they start with the alcohol and 'tobacco' hit because it gets a little loopy then.

But again, 'an act'- which part, the behavior or him believing what he is saying? I've watched many a now fallen preacher- they look like they truly believe in what they preach, even as they whore, do drugs and have gay sex...

But you're saying you think he is having his lawyer lie in court to try and get out of a nasty divorce settlement?

Someone posted a video of him with Joe Rogan. Watch the first hour of it . Heck...watch the first 30 minutes of it. put the video on in the background and listen while you are doing something else. Form your own opinion. Thats all I'm saying.

No, they don't, cause he's full of ...it.

Wanna get a laugh? What he provided as "proof" in post #103 -- (notice he didn't link it?) was of an article ....from 2006. !! lol []State of the News Media Talk Radio ]

And even then, it was all talk radio across the spectrum (mid Bush years, Air America was in full swing...) - (Vance is notoriously duplicitous)

Air America did fail, and while there are some liberal talkshow hosts, as you note, they are overwhelming eclipsed by the literally 24/7 rotation of back to back RW talk radio across the dial, found on every radio in the country.

it went to my point -- which still holds true, generally:

Liberals don't need or want to be told what to think, that's why left wing talk radio tends to fail.

Conservatives, however need, crave to be told what to think, and need to have it reinforced daily -- for some, hourly.

The only one spun is you, who came blazing on here, screaming ********! - and then claimed half of all conservative radio listeners were liberal, then trotted out a more than decade old article, that didn't even prove your point.

Look, you screwed up - we saw it. No big whoop, but if you want people to see you as someone who regularly talks out of his ass, then by all means keep on, keepingon.

I miss Alan Colmes, his show was great, he didn't screen any callers, so you had some pretty wacky calls. He argued well against anyone, but he did it without resorting to tricks or hanging up on people. Hartman is a lot like that, he has guests on from the left and right and they are treated with class.

You got owned, but you refuse to see it.

O'reily, beck, rush, hannity, it's all an act. Monkey see monkey do. These guys make good money, incredible money in the case of the most popular. So who wouldn't want to repeat that business model?
Look, if you can't get into Hollyood to win fame and fortune, just do right wing media.

It's funny when some liberal actor spouts off about politics and we all roll our eyes.
But when these non-hollywood actor/entertainers spout off about politics, half the nation believes every word they say, and they get some of the highest ratings on cable television.
Worse, it's not like they are hiding the fact that they are entertainers...you can find them all admitting it at one time or another. I mean, can you blame them for wanting fame and fortune? That's why I think the blame largely lies on the people who believe them, and defend them so righteously.

They function basically as a huge political arm, and half the population thinks that's just A-OK.

I don't have the imagination to have thought something like that would be possible....entrepreneurs will always find a way won't they.

With a deadpan, Beck insists that he is not political: “I could give a flying crap about the political process.” Making money, on the other hand, is to be taken very seriously, and controversy is its own coinage. “We’re an entertainment company,
Glenn Beck
https://thinkprogress.org/beck-admi...s-we-re-an-entertainment-company-2998b894bca2

“I don’t necessarily believe that [what Beck says] is reflective of his own personal politics — I don’t even know if he has personal politics,” Michael Harrison, the publisher of Talkers magazine tells Forbes. “I see him as a performer.” This isn’t the first time Beck has suggested he isn’t as radically conservative as he seems. In February he told USA Weekend that “you’d have to be an idiot” to “not notice the temperature change” caused by global warming, and that he thinks mankind may play a signficant role in the phenomenon. Beck has previously described himself as “a rodeo clown” and conceded, “If you take what I say as gospel, you’re an idiot.”

The real kicker is that he can say it, and people will still deny it. They will rationalize it by saying he was acting when he said that.

Now if we can just get MSNBC and CNN to admit the same.

blazing and screaming....

Look at yourselves....tell me who is blazing and screaming.

No amount of emoticons can play off your failure.

I know man...you guys are Superbad. You should high five each other. Dont miss!

Since journalism requires standards, ethics, commitment to informing the public, and check government, etc., I do suppose that's anti-conservative isn't it? And by extension, liberal? They value science too, that's serious liberal stuff right?

Republicans answer with entertainers that masquerade as legitimate informers, no ethics, no science, no standards, and instead of being a check on government...its a mouthpiece for one party??- and they call that conservative news. How pathetic.

Has anyone brought up that his attorney might be lying for him to make him look like less of a psycho than he actually is?

That possibility is not flattering for Jones. He is the guy who says Obama hates your Christian soul.

“He’s playing a character,” attorney Randall Wilhite argued at a pretrial hearing, according to the Austin American-Statesman. “He is a performance artist.”

He is no different than any US politician/president except for one huge difference. Jones has never committed any war crimes or terrorist acts [as far as I know] while every president since WWII has been a class A war criminal, and a major terrorist. Then just consider how much help they have all had and the list of Class A WCs and terrorist grows exponentially.

Science isn't liberal. Political science is.

Liberals view science as nothing more than a means to extract power. They've long since discarded the Scientific Theory altogether, and replaced it with convenient quack theory to grow government monstrously and tax everything under the hot sun. That isn't science. That's politics.

Who told you that?
