CNN Lays Yet Another Turd

Trump paid $12.5 million to his own businesses during race

Trump paid $12.5 million to his own businesses during race - Dec. 16, 2016

No attempt to be fair what so ever, this is an asinine statement considering that Trump spent at least $66 million of his own money, and of course there is no mention in the story that Trump spent $66 million.

Didn't I hear after the election that a bunch of journalists figured out that they need to get back to doing journalism rather than what they have been doing, selling agendas?

Pretty sure I heard that.

Not CNN apparently.

Get used to it.
It's easier to be in opposition than in power. You might get to missing the good old days when Obama was an easy target, now that your boy's in the crosshairs.

Yep. Trump just made dissent cool again. -rubs hands together eagerly-

I guess CNN needs to follow the excellent example that FOX News, Breitbart, and other right wing media outlets set for being "fair" with Obama. Oh wait...

I don't really care that Trump used funds during the campaign to make money for himself. It pales in comparison to what he could use his office for when he actually becomes president. Making calls to foreign nations to try and push the expansion of his business, and traveling to meetings with foreign leaders with the future head of his businesses is much more disturbing.

Agree. The mainstream media was pretty much silent on whatever profits Chelsea, Bill, and Hillary made coercing money through her position as Secretary of State and zero comment on whatever they were paid for working in the campaign--nepotism in Presidential campaigns is almost a certainty however. And has there been ANY scrutiny of Hillary's campaign spending?

This headline suggesting once again some nefarious motive and illegality by Trump when the story itself--DEEP into the story itself--says nothing illegal was done. Most people won't bother to read down that far and they know that when they bury extenuating information like that.

I'm pretty sure the Trump kids did not receive a salary for their work in the campaign, so any money funneled to them was most likely reimbursements for the expenses they had.

Just another cheap shot trying to discredit and stir up hatred for the President-elect.

If anyone needed any more proof that CNN was garbage tier reporting look no further.

It isn't illegal to possess stolen documents...?

I don't watch TV news because it's all biased crap, and neither should you. That aside....

However, why must an article about how Trump funneled 12.5 million back to his businesses require a statement of his total expenditures?

If using a political campaign to funnel money back to oneself is bad, how can it possibly matter what other expenditures he had? It's not illegal, but it isn't completely irrelevant.

How does it compare to what the Clinton's funneled back to their businesses?

I have already answered this question at length. The fact that you dont know this effects your reputation.

Insults instead of a response.

Figured.

(strange. That's the second time in as many minutes I've had to say this to you).
