I don't know why people give so much of a **** about it, honestly. There's plenty of strong female characters within the Star Wars universe (yes, even before Disney took over) so the fact that some of these people are complaining about female leads makes me think they haven't even watched a Star Wars movie before.

Just shut the **** up and watch a bunch of rebel pilots steal plans from a giant ball-shaped space station. While being shot at by dudes in white armor that can't aim.

It's not like we don't have enough movies where mens do that sort of thing. Like, 80-90% of them.

WOW this movie sounds dreadful. After we watched and talked about how the last one was botched I am not surprised.
