I can only assume she has travel expenses that need to be paid if she is going to leave Arkansas and go to wherever they want her to testify or be interviewed.
Unless somebody can produce evidence that she is independently wealthy, and has no need for subsidies, airline tickets, per diem for meals and lodging......
