Why didn't he run as a Dem? Because in 2012 he saw how easy it was get 40% of the Republican base to believe Obama was a Kenyan Muslim. They took his conspiracy BS hook, line and sinker. AND the politicians of Republican Party establishment liked what he was doing too. And yes, also what you mentioned. The Limbaughs and Hannitys have power and money. They stroke that 40% too with 1 conspiracy nonsense after another. And they get rich doing it.

The things Shep articulated in that video are pretty much spot-on accurate.

I don't prefer Trump at all, but I prefer Hillary even less. Anyone who thinks she is the better choice needs to have their head examined. That includes Shemp.

Yeah, about that. How many of the Million or so people that stuck around for the hurricane actually ended up dying? Turns out only 5 in Florida. I don't believe any were from the wind, at least one was just a cardiac arrest. The flooding that came after the hurricane in North Carolina killed the most people(11), and it was only a category 1 when it hit there.

Perhaps, but if he ran anything like his actual campaign as a republican, he'd have been out of the race by January.

Maybe he saw how well people like Hannity and Limbaugh were doing and wanted in on that action.

In that case maybe a little fear is important. Remember mayor Ray Nagin refused to make a mandatory evacuation of New Orleans, even after Bush recommended it(especially after that), and he left thousands of poor people without transportation to fend for themselves, and thousands died as a result(which obviously wouldn't have happened if he had gotten them the hell out of there 2 days before the storm hit!) Remember how it was Nagin who told everyone to go stay in the stadium? Then remember how the media, Ray Nagin, democrats and progressives everywhere blamed the entire disaster on Bush?

Remember how Nagin was re-elected as a result of the pass the media gave him, despite his incompetence? Remember how they even praised him?

Well, now he is in prison for 10 years because of MAJOR corruption during that same 2nd term that the media helped bring to fruition..... There's your objective media helping out the poor African Americans that they claim to care so much about!

I'm confused as to what "the Trump news network is coming folks" is supposed to mean. He, and Bill Oreilly, and Hannity, and most everyone else at Fox news have been critical of how Trump has been behaving and running his campaign. So I'm not sure how that criticism equates to being "the Trump news network".

It's funny how some people here refer to Fox as the Trump network, yet they feign ignorance of ALL the other "Hillary news networks", NONE of whom are spending weeks constantly reporting about Hillary's disgusting comments about the dead Benghazi victims in congress, how she berates her underlings, how she laughed at a young rape victim after getting her rapist off in court, how she lied about being "under fire" in Iraq, how she had a well known habit of anger and holding grudges over stupid little things that she perceived as annoyances by the secret service.

If the "other networks" had any credibility, theyd be spending enormous amounts of time talking about those^ things, while condemning her behavior. Because that's precisely what they've done with Trump.

There's always claims of racism and facism before elections, normally by liberals complaining about reps. But then it never happens, like almost all of the fear based propaganda designed to scare people. The reality is that repubs LIKE the constitution. Its dems and progressive activists who legitimately try to chip away at civil liberties. After all, they obviously want the 2nd amendment gone, they recently weakened the equal protection clause(trying to make racial discrimination legal again - Affirmative action. Now we see progressives trying all sorts of methods of infringing upon the free speech of dissenters.

Its just silly for dems and progressive activists to blame repubs for this type of thing, when many of them apparently desire something bordering on an authoritarian govt, where dissent is considered a "micro-aggression".

Nothing you said in that post is any evidence that the people who you obviously view as your political enemies are pushing fascism This is simply the old playground tactic of "I know you are but what am I" .
