Bible quiz: Jesus said the gates of Hell would not prevail against......what?

You may wanna do a little honest/unbiased research of the scripture, that is exactly what I meant by contradictions...Peter himself stated Jesus was the long-foretold “foundation cornerstone,” chosen by God himself....1 Peter 2:4-8...Paul also referred to Jesus as the “foundation” and “the spiritual rock"...1 Corinthians 3:11; 10:4)...

The true Christian congregation is the one who teaches the truth of the Bible...

And your congregation is not even Christian at all, as shown by its name "Kingdom Hall" instead of church.

Yeah, it's to distinguish us from false religions, showing we support God's kingdom...

Because "church" is used and "Kingdom Hall" is not in the Bible, wouldn't that make JW a false religion?

Wrong...the the Bible never speaks of the buildings in which people meet for worship as churches...in the Bible the word church always refers to people, actually to an assembly or congregation of persons...Philemon 2...the Greek word ekklesiʹa, translated church or congregation, literally means “that which is called out”..it refers to a group of persons called out from among others for a particular purpose; but it is used as the equivalent of the Hebrew word qahalʹ, meaning congregation or assembly...we always refer to our group meetings as congregations, just as the 1st century Christians did...thus I belong to the blank congregation, the town in which I live...

THat is not a provable claim. It is just unsupported bias.

That is not true

The Pharisees believed in resurrection....don't believe everything u hesr

A) Come on man.....

Don’t believe everything I hear?!?!

Christianity is root and stem based around believing whatever people tell you without any ability to verify their claim..

It is called faith... which dictionary definition is..

Faith: belief in something impossible or very unlikely..

Right up front they tell you, “we want stupid people who will believe whatever we tell them.”

B) jews believed in resurrection “in the flesh “ , aka zombies without the rot.

There was no heaven or hell... you waited in the ground until Jesus returns to murder the nonbelievers.. then everyone who believes would be brought back to life..

The gates of hell are various places on the surface of the world that have acquired a legendary reputation for being entrances to the underworld. Often they are found in regions of unusual geological activity, particularly volcanic areas, or sometimes at lakes, caves, or mountains.

Everybody calls their gatherings "congregations".

But 1st century Christians worshipped Jesus, not Michael the Archangel.
