I repeat: I like Latin.

Maybe I will start a shorter and easier poll sometime. :)

“Yeah, that’s the ticket!”

The language was one of the reasons the Catholic religion went on a rampage for so long.
Nobody had bibles, or spoke Latin, and depended on the church to tell them what God wanted.

The Cristian religion is not so bad,
The Catholics sent it straight to hell.

The sad thing is all the people who are following them straight to destruction...

This, as usual, is incorrect. The services were in Latin so that when the Bible was read to the congregation everybody heard the same thing at the same time, and yes, people did speak Latin. It was when forgeries like the New World Translation came along that Christianity went over the falls, although JWs are not really "Christians", they just claimed they were.

So what? Anglicanism doesn't have the reputation for lying that the Witnesses have. (And don't bother attacking Peter Toon.)

So you can read the Watchtowers lies or you can read real history.

By their fruits...we all know the history of Christendom...bloodshed and control...

Anglicanism is not "Christendom". But it's typical of Witnesses to resort to insults and lies when confronted by the truth.

We all know the history of the Witnesses - proven lies, no history, made up by a store clerk and further perverted by the Millerites, whose Great Disappointment bankrupted many of its parishioners with it's false prophecies. Later it was taken over by Judge Rutherford, who made himself rich at the "churchs" expense.

Yes, yes, we know the Watchtower by its fruits - lies, false prophecies, lack of scholarship, lack of history and a cult that robs its parishioners blind.
