Wonder why he didn’t come to the CFL it might have been a good fit for him. Probably didn’t need the money.

I'm not here to condone, disrespect, or defend any religious doctrines/beliefs. I'm merely presenting the facts of various religious doctrines/beliefs, as I understand them, based on my research, and personal experience.
 
Tebow deserves a better wedding thread. This one is Poeish. I think we should also, probably separately, take a poll about The Double Duggars.

I really get sick and tired of a model, even heroic family like the Duggars getting slandered in here. Here is a family that has put in a lot of work and organization to carry out the monumental task of raising 19 kids well. This was a totally selfless act. They deserve our praise and admiration. Not scorn for a little speed bump decades ago.

Are you kidding? 19 kids and one minor hiccup 20 years ago? The Duggar parents should be praised to the ends of the earth for the great job they have done.

Don't make me out to be some kinda monster. I'm not forcing anyone to do anything. Look, the Duggar boy tried to have sex with his sister and the parents don't care. All I'm saying is let nature take its course and film the spawn. The show doesn't have to be all judgmental. It can be light-hearted with a bit of scripting but not too much. Episodes will be topic based like, "I discovered my extra toe!" and "My blood don't clot so well."

I'm a Baptist, and I don't judge or condemn who'll be hell-bound. So.....that's quite a wide swath of paint with the same brush to say so.

Furthermore, there are Catholics who don't follow Catholicism to a "T," same as Baptists who don't follow what they believe to be the denominations' certain teachings that they believe veers away from the Scriptures. Like, on the issue of abortion as an example.



I'll have no problem going to a JW or Catholic Church singing worship songs with them to GOD.....but, I will not participate or accept the teachings that are not biblical.
I have to keep saying to you folks...……. God knows what's in our hearts and mind.

God didn't say "do not go to church" or to "stop going to church" that's presided by Pharisees. He said, "do not be like the Pharisees."

Thus, it is important to read and study the Scriptures, so you'll be aware when you're being fed with falsehood.
In the end, it will be up to God to judge us the way He sees fit.


God works through different people in different ways. Even through non-believers. A Biblical example is pagan King Cyrus.



Imho, the way that Tim Tebow and his bride had publicly shown their dependence and thankfulness to God - giving Him all the glory - is, inspirational.
So many of us lose sight of our dependence on God when we are being blessed with fortune and fame. Or, when everything is rosy and fine with our world.
