[W:49]According to Christian theology.....

Re: According to Christian theology.....

So there is no fine tuning but yet it is constrained because of the necessity for human existence....yeah, that makes a lotta sense...lol...

This is the logical fallacy known as 'the texas sharpshooter fallacy'. You are assuming that human existence is a goal of the universe or creation, rather than just a fortunate side effect.

Re: According to Christian theology.....

Theoretically before the "let there be light" there was no space nor time.

Let's look at the phrase in the bible.

1In the beginning of God's creation of the heavens and the earth.
2Now the earth was astonishingly empty, and darkness was on the face of the deep, and the spirit of God was hovering over the face of the water.
3And God said, "Let there be light," and there was light.

This shows that when 'God' created the heavens and the earth, the earth existed in some form.. symbolically, the 'face of the deep' and the water was chaos, .. which is how the ancients would have view that.. a malevolent force at that. God seperated the earth from the water, and in essence brought order from chaos.. .and that was 'creation' from preexisting sources.

I am assuming nothing...I am going by the definition of Anthropic Principle...

Re: According to Christian theology.....

Sad when one theist attacks/accuses another, simply because there are differing religious views/ interpretations.

Even sadder when some embrace ignorance rather than enlightenment.

And, the anthropomorphic principle is that fallacy.

And, the anthropomorphic principle is that fallacy.

Take it up with the one who brought it up in the 1st place...

Re: According to Christian theology.....

YOu would argue that, but can you show that is the truth with objective and tangible evidence?

So with regards to religion, the entire point of faith is that it is just that, faith. To sit and argue if God exists are not arguably goes against the very idea of religion itself.
