If Jews were murdered here would the liberals wear yamakas?

Hint: most of them already are :lamo

Jk.

Re: New Zealand Women Covering Their Hair for Solidarity with Muslims- How do You Feel About This?

Funny thing about that Ardern woman ... she was raised a Mormon, left the church about 10 years ago because of its LGBT stance, is now "agnostic" ... and ends up donning Muslim headgear as a sign of solidarity ...

A typical liberal politician.

So...ANYHOW SHE IS BRILLIANT,IN EVERY ASPECT OF HUMAN NATURE...A LITTLE TOO CLASSY AND CLEVER FOR YOU<METHINKS

Re: New Zealand Women Covering Their Hair for Solidarity with Muslims- How do You Feel About This?

You didn't capitalize New Zealand. One has to wonder just how much research and thought went into your post when even a simple fact like displaying the proper grammar can not even be managed.

I do not capitalise any country. I also use the english spelling of ise instead of the american ize. Grammar is about consistency not conformity. If it is the case, and it is, that i consistently do not capitalise countries then my grammar is correct.

Where as you cannot even be bothered to check if your facts are correct.

Re: New Zealand Women Covering Their Hair for Solidarity with Muslims- How do You Feel About This?

Topics for discussion: New Zealand, headscarfs, solidarity day. Christchurch massacre, if you must.

Topics not open to discussion: 9/11, US foreign policy, a flipping Guardian article about the US.

Stay on topic.

You advanced a complete falsehood. I corrected you on it.

TAAC: Personally, I don't remember Muslim women dressing in Western apparel, or donning Christian religious symbols to show solidarity with non-Muslim women after 9/11, or any of the hundreds of Islamic attacks in the Western world since then.

I have corrected you. Your uninformed opinions are not sacrosanct. You say hundreds of Islamic attacks, while the article clearly points out thousands of USA terrorist attacks over a much longer time period, going all the way back to WWII. That is hypocrisy on the grandest of scales.

UNBELIEVABLE!!! You are plagiarizing my recent post to you where you had a number of uses of words where you had not a clue as to their meaning.

Sorry, my spell check is showing that you've misspelled 'capitalize'. I'm going to have to deduct more points from you. You should spell words according to American standards, and wear a headscarf or burka while doing so. Otherwise I may think you're an extremist.

Lol.... I've plagiarized a DP poster who rants and raves in every thread about America being the worst country on earth? No, I'm quite certain you have your wires crossed.

are you claiming the hijackers were not Saudi Muslims?

I am not claiming anything. The scientific evidence, soon to be released in the law suit/grand jury investigation shows there were no Muslim hijackers at all.

Another of your grammar errors. And your well known deflections.

That's a gut buster

Let me guess

some were Hasidic Jews

One was an Eastern Orthodox Priest

Another was a Mormon Missionary

One was a Sikh

and the last was a Rastafarian

OK 'Ralph', thanks for your opinion.

You obviously need spell check, and grammar check and vocabulary check. And fact check and evidence check.

I'm well known to you, yet you've only been a member of DP since March of this year. Uh huh 'ralph' .

OK 'Ralph', thanks for your opinion.

And you also need a reality check and an honesty check. It is not my opinion, it is the fact checked article from the Guardian which has revealed things that you are woefully ignorant of. Truth requires knowledge and you have precious little of either.

Re: New Zealand Women Covering Their Hair for Solidarity with Muslims- How do You Feel About This?

Started by New Zealand's President Jacinda Ardern, women in New Zealand were encouraged to cover their heads after the Christchurch attack, in order to show support for the victims. Judging by online news sources, thousands of Kiwi women and girls have donned headscarfs, and voluntarily covered their hair.

How do you feel about this? Personally, I don't remember Muslim women dressing in Western apparel, or donning Christian religious symbols to show solidarity with non-Muslim women after 9/11, or any of the hundreds of Islamic attacks in the Western world since then. Ardern's message to the Islamic community was, 'We Stand With You'. I'm not so sure Ardern knows the significance to Muslims of seeing thousands of Kiwi women wearing headscarfs. It looks like submission to them.

“Submission”

Every time I think you can’t get any lower, you manage to do so.

“Never mind the fact that a bunch of innocent people were massacred in their place of worship by a far right nutjob, let’s cry about people showing support for the community which just got attacked”!

You have been doing deflections in your every post. It comes from your abysmal lack of knowledge of history. It comes from your being brainwashed for so many years.

Re: New Zealand Women Covering Their Hair for Solidarity with Muslims- How do You Feel About This?

It's heartwarming to see the majority of New Zealand citizens coming together as one in powerful symbol of unity to denounce such a heinous act.

I can't comprehend why anyone would actually have a problem with that. The ones that do have a problem with it are clearly only looking at ways to go out of their way to divide us.

We're divided because 50% of us wish to keep our heritage, culture, and traditions alive, while the other 50% want to abandon them. A divided house cannot stand. Remember who began this process of division people.

Your abysmally lame humor can't save you from being abysmally ignorant of the scientific evidence. The grand jury and the lawsuit against the FBI/Department of Justice will open everything up.

I remember well the great displeasure I experienced. It doesn't mean I haven't read your drivel.

years ago, on another board, there was a poster who claimed her child was rendered essentially a permanent 2 year old because of a vaccine she received while pregnant with him. For two years she kept braying how she and others were going to become millionaires when the court of claims rendered a verdict in her favor. I knew damn well the case was a joke and I told her that the plaintiffs' experts didn't survive a "Daubert" challenges. Yet she kept claiming the big suit against the government etc was going to prevail

It was thrown out before trial since the plaintiffs experts were disqualified.

I suspect your hope in some lawsuit is just as valid

Whos we?
what/whos heritage, culture and traditions are you talking about? list them
whos having trouble keeping them alive?
whos abandoning them?

What is your solution? to force people to keep heritage, culture, and traditions they dont want?

That's exactly what southern white racists said for centuries. It never worked out for them either. Though there are lots of racists in the USA there is nowhere near 50% of ... .

Why am I not surprised that your idea of evidence is all anecdotal?

Did Muslim women change their style of dress to show solidarity with the dozens of Islamic attacks on Westerners? No. Did they wear arm bands or t shirts to support the 50 gays murdered by Omar Mateen in Orlando? No. Did they don French apparel after 84 were ground into pulp in the Nice attack committed by Mohamed Lahouaiej-Bouhlel? No. Did they do anything to show solidarity with San Bernardino's Christians when 14 were shot to death at a Christmas party? Again, no.

A new low is telling your women and girls to dress in the clothing style of the single biggest oppressive culture to women on earth, because of some emotional overload that had no room for logic.
