If the answer to #2 is yes, then no. Otherwise, hell yeah.

I have a question, JacksinPA: How do we know the controls are working when the Chinese government issues lies about literally everything and arrests whistleblowers, officials and people who simply tell the truth about events on the ground? They have been lying from the very beginning of all of this and continue to do so about everything that they can.

Likely propaganda. They can't sat that it's getting worse even if it is.
