India has launched air raids into Pakistan.

India has carried out aerial bombing over the disputed border in Kashmir for the first time since it went to war with Pakistan in 1971, escalating tensions between the nuclear-armed neighbours.

The country’s foreign secretary, Vijay Gokhale, said in a briefing that Delhi had received credible intelligence that the militant group Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM), which killed 40 Indian security personnel in a suicide bombing this month, was training fighters for similar attacks at the site.

“In the face of imminent danger, a pre-emptive strike became absolutely necessary,” Gokhale said.

Pakistan willingly allowing extremists to train and prepare for attacks in their country? Say it isn't so!

Without having reviewed the information in-depth, my reflexive response is "Good on India."

The nest of vipers that is called the Pakistani government allows terrorists to use their land as their hearth and home, and strike out against the country's neighbors. If it refuses to exercise its sovereignty to prosecute murderers on its territory (Hell, it will barely do it against home-grown terrorists who target the government), it cannot be surprised that its neighbors will take matters into their own hands.

So do Saudi 'Islamic charities'.

Oh, indeed. The Pakistanis have never even pretended otherwise, however.

"In November, 10 attackers approached India’s financial capital by sea and targeted a railway station, two luxury hotels, a renowned cafe and a Jewish community center. By the time their three-day massacre was over, more than 160 people were dead. India presented Pakistan with a dossier showing that the attacks were planned and carried out by Lashkar-e-Taiba. India also said Pakistan’s spy agency helped orchestrate the attacks. Last year, devotees of Lashkar’s former leader ran for parliament in Pakistan’s elections."

Vietnam-era Mig 21 downs an F-16? Man, if this is true Pakistan really does suck. And then there's this tidbit:

"If I am not mistaken, US sold new F-16s to Pakistan in 2016 under part Foreign Military Financing, as Pak promised to use them for fighting terrorism. Now they have used them in an offensive role against India. It's a clear violation and Trump, the businessman needs to be told!" Nitin Gokhale, a national security analyst, tweeted.

Did the 2016 sale of F16's get passed? Last I read it was blocked

But yes if a F16 was shot down by a Mig 21, it is humiliating for both the Pakistani air force and F16's in general older than 2012

I don't think it went through.

Who knows. They just might nuke each other...

I predict nothing serious will come of this (but I could be wrong), but I definitely support democratic India over tyrannical Pakistan.

Well it is clear that Pakistan originally belongs to India. The British partition of India was a big mistake.
History of India and there was no Pakistan at that time.

FYI

Pakistan is currently democratic, with Imram Khan as prime minister. His party won the most recent election

England didn't create the religious hatred and Pakistan was artificially tied to India due to brute force.

Before the British much of what is Pakistan and North and central India were part of the mughal Empire with both Hindi, Muslim and Sikh people in it

Fair enough, although Freedom House does consider Pakistan to be "Partly Free" and India "Free." I will admit that labeling Pakistan "tyrannical" was perhaps an overreaction on my part.
