Touching Story of Fleeing North Korea

I want to share a video about one young girl's flight from north Korea. I already knew or heard of the exploitation that so many are snare into once they cross the border into China, but this video reminded me of this horrible plight. So often we are trapped into a conversation that is fed to us by the major media, that we forget the many other stories that are just as revealing.

What's the attitude in China in regards to NK now? I remember the Chinese doing the very silent diplomatic approach to reign in Dear Leader, but it doesn't seem to be working.

I am often asked why are we provoking north Korea, as if that is the current talking point.

We never officially ended the war with North Korea, it is only a cease fire. Thus, President Trump could send troops into North Korea without Congress's approval (I think).
 
Sad story and I've heard many like it. Unfortunately emotional appeals aren't going to change anything, not as long as NK is the guard dog for China.
