North Korea appears to have restarted plutonium reactor

I think China would be uneasy about a pro-Western nation on their borders. If Seoul became the seat of a United Korea, that would not bode well for China. Ergo, China would (probably) step into a Western conflict against North Korea.

That could well be. I wonder how comfortable they are with a crazy regime like NK having nukes right on their border? I'd think that would make them uneasy as well, unless they have total control over Kim Jung Un.
