Who have you seen live?

As an appraiser appraising his home in San Jose, CA, I met Danny Hull then playing Sax for the Doobie Brothers.

Saw Don Rickles when he was at Reno I believe, or maybe at Las Vegas.

Saw Karen Carpenter before she died at Las Vegas I think it was.
Been to Neil Diamond in concert in Santa Clara I think or could have been at San Jose.
Saw another famous band at Santa Clara that I do not now recall the name.

Neil Diamond has to be seen live to believe his performances.

i think most of us have seen most of those

Chris Cornell during the Euphoria Morning tour. i was so close in the front row that i could read his set list and hear the monitors. stood five hours in line for general admission, and it was worth every second.

Bob Dylan, three times. he's probably my all time favorite artist.

.

Haven't seen Dylan. But I was listening to one of my old favorite albums the other day. Johnny Rivers (Another I forgot to add to my list) covers Positively 4th Street on Johnny's Realization album. Dylan said that his version is the best he has ever heard. He went on to say Rivers accurately captured all of subtle nuances of his emotions. That is a great album if you have never listened.

Didn't need that flashback. I don't remember who or any songs because we were free to run amok but they or something similar might have been at Grad Night at Disney World (1989).

Yep, that was 89, along with Samantha fox and will to power.

Good God. Maybe there is something to the whole "brainwashing" conspiracy theory.

Dolly Parton and Kenny Rogers (1980s)

The Backstreet Boys and Rhett Akins (Grad Night)

Brooks and Dunn, Keith Urban, Montgomery Gentry, Toby Keith (Neon Circus tour, the Gorge, Washington, filmed parts for video for Only In America)

Neal McCoy (ship, USO)
Trace Atkins (ship, USO)

Restless Heart

Jimmy Wayne (who I found out was from the same county I grew up in, in NC, during the show in Tacoma WA)

Sara Evans, Craig Morgan, Dierks Bentley (WA state fair)

I know there were some more, a couple at least, but I can't remember who was there

A good third of your list. BB was the Best.
Oh, by the way, where is SRV?

Didn't get to see him unfortunately.

Saw him in Austin, have CDs of All his work, he was a huge loss to the industry and the arts, I still miss him.

For sure. I spent a fair amount of time in Austin. Love that town. But I started going there shortly after he died.

Captain Quackenbush's Intergalactic Espresso and Pastry bar. I was an espresso nut being from Seattle At the time it was one of the few places in TX with good espresso. Cappucino Gran. Salt Lick. Oasis , County Line and on and on. And of course 6th street. I miss it.
