They do not have to be actual brothers if 'brothers' is in the name - ie Doobie Brothers qualify :)

We start with the year of my birth - Mill's Brothers - Cab Driver - 1957

1962 - Righteous Brothers - You've Lost That Loving Feeling. Could have gone with Unchained Melody, but I like the way this one features the talent of both boys.

1963 - The Smother Brothers (I think this is from the Andy Williams Show - could easily be wrong) Folk music was big at the time. These guys blended folk with humor.

“.....a wish sandwich....”

My first thought - I have never heard of the Vaughan Brothers. I clicked the link. After hearing the first bit of sound the thought occurred to me - I wonder if Stevie Ray is one of those brothers :)

Chambers Brothers..

Wow, another one that I know the song but did not know who did it. I am enjoying this thread :)

I appraised the home in San Jose, CA for Danny Hull then a member of the Doobie Brothers. He gave me things for my kid to enjoy. His home had one room devoted to his music as an office with plaques all over it for achievements.

He speaks of his plaques on his walls and i saw them for myself. Very impressive.

They were gold and platinum record replicas with comments on the awards.

Danny played in a good many bands over time.
