I saw this in the "what are you listening to" thread. Not my favorite performance, but it's still very moving. The man looks great, too, for what I assume must be at least mid-50s. Imagine if they had executed him.

The emotion was palpable. He's got rough edges, but he has talent. And the audiences will be his. Pretty damned hard not to root for him.

Same here, I normally despise these shows for reasons I won't get into here but this was very touching.

There is no audience anymore. Shows like AGT are useless without a live audience.
If we are going to do in-home performances, there is already a platform for that - youtube
