You said HE killed the people in the building. Since it was the FBI that killed them, I wanted to know who the HE was you were talking about.

How did you get to Hillary or misogyny from there?

Since he didn't kill anybody there is no hook to let him off of.

You are going to let the government that killed innocent women and children off the hook just because a Democrat was President at the time?

There was no reason to put those children in that danger. Koresch was always out and about in the town and the FBI was watching him like a hawk. They could've snatched him and anyone with him up at any time away from the children.

It was not in the Jurisdiction of the ATF to investigate David Koresh’s alleged marriages and the gun case was extremely faulty.

Texas state authorities had determined it would be difficult to prosecute Koresh because of the wording on Texas’s laws regarding common law marriages. All of the girls were over the age where they could be married with parental consent. This does not make it morally right, as polygamy is highly immoral, but it wasn’t a clear cut child rape case and in any event that was not the purview of the ATF to investigate. That was a retroactive justification after the ATF committed perjury to get their warrants, executed an illegal no knock warrant, and after the FBI mishandled the seige.
 
If Koresh was actually a child rapist, he'd be a media and Hollywood darling and fully protected by the FBI. But then again, this did happen during the Clinton reign, so he probably just pissed Hillary off.

But he didn’t kill a baby, he shot vicki weaver while she was holding her baby, Elishaba, in her arms.

The good thing about the story is that it shows the real reason why the filthy government attacked the compound and killed the people and children.

Koresh had agreed to surrender. His lawyers had negotiated the surrender. He only had two conditions. That he be given another week to finish his paper and that he would surrender to Texas Rangers.

He wanted to surrender to the Texas Ranger to preserve the crime scene showing that the ATF asshole thugs fired first and that there were no illegal automatic weapons in the facility.

That was unacceptable to the government hugs. That is when they sent in the tank with the known gas fire hazards.

That's certainly one way of looking at it.

Personally as much as I disagreed with certain aspects of the response I feel like this show glossed over certain elements. Koresh was a egomaniac and was using those people to satisfy his own sexual needs and was clearly enjoying the power. He failed to comply with several FBI requests and ultimately went over the 7 day deadline that he had given himself. While his people were suffocating/burning alive he was upstairs taking the cowards way out.
