I will start, in no specific order:

12 Angry men (original and remake, both are awesome)

Blazing saddles

Star Wars

Vertigo

Shawshank redemption

Star Trek 2, the Wrath of Khan

Star Trek 4, the voyage home

the Shining

Rear Window

Lord of the Rings Trilogy

I know, I am cheating a bit ;) but I cannot choose out of the three Lord of the Rings movies which is the best, and I saw them in one sitting. And 12 angry men is also impossible to differentiate. Both movies have an awesome cast and are equally great.

Blues Brothers
Dirty Harry
Young Frankenstein
Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid
Cheyenne Social Club
Rooster Cogburn
Smokey and the Bandit
The Good, The Bad and the Ugly
Apocalypse Now

Idiocracy has gone from "comedy" to "horror".

Baytown Outlaws - the best movie you've never seen. Unless you've seen it before.

Anime movies and anime series on Netflix!

1: A Silent Voice - A boy in elementary school bullies a deaf girl in class. After getting caught, he really does see the error in his ways, and as a high school student sets out to set things right. Done by Kyoto Animation(the studio that was set afire last year by an arsonist), it is beautifully animated and a really nice romance comedy tear jerker.
2: The Devil is a Part Timer - The demon king of a fantasy realm is finally defeated by the fortold hero Emilia and forced to flee through a "gate". He ends up in modern day Japan and sets about taking over just as he did in the fantasy realm, from the bottom up. So he works at McDonalds as a part timer. Hilarious fun.
3: Little Witch Academia - Studio Trigger made a name for themselves with this series. They are great at animating motion and action. Works really well as a Harry Potteresque kinda young adult fantasy series.
4: K On - Another Kyoto Animation series, aimed squarely at early teen girls, but enjoyable by anyone. It is the story of a group of girls who form a rock band in high school.
5: Ouran High School Host Club - I am not usually into shojo anime(aimed at teen girls) but some are really good, and this in one of the best. It aims to be a comedy, and nothing but a comedy, and never takes itself seriously. Great stuff.
6: Love, Chuunibyou and Other Delusions - Kyoto Animation again, and one of my favorites. Cute, hilarious rom com.
7: Aggretsuko - Retsuko is a 20something panda out in the working world(everyone is some form of animal). Her job sucks, he coworkers suck, her life sucks, so she lets off steam by going to a Karaoke booth after work and singing death metal songs about how much she hates her boss, he job and anything else. It rules!
8: Hi Score Girl - It is either a rom com that tell the story of a 5 year romance starting in elementary school, or an ode to vintage arcade games. Either way it is pretty cool.
9: Fate/Stay Night - Way too much to explain, there is simply a ****ton of Fate content, and it really is worth watching.
10: Teasing Master Takagi-san - Netflix only has the second season, but the story is simple, if really well executed. Girl in middle school has a crush on the boy next to her in class. She teases him unmercifully. They slowly get closer and closer, despite the boy being totally oblivious to her feelings. It is funny, it is cute, it is sweet. You will have a smile on your face by the end of each episode.

Dirty Harry was great, most of the Dirty harry movies are really good, even the Deadpool (opinions are like assholes, everybody has one).

Young Frankenstein, awesome, great movie with Mel Brooks.

Never seen Cheyenne Social Club, the rest I did see. Blues Brothers, greatest car chase scene ever. I also loved Hang 'Em High, great movie too.

Just saw Ip Man 3 and 4. I love that kind of highly stylized kung fu choreographed movies.

Night try and watch one of them but so far I am not really a great fan of Japanese Anime movies. I love animated movies but those 2 are not the same. Try and watch most Pokemon shows and movies, I got hooked because my nephews loved pokemon so I got into it and since then I kinda like to follow it (though not religiously). Do watch Family guy/South Park/the Simpsons but again, those are not Anime.

Is Castlevania on Netflix a bit like Anime?

Creature from the Black Lagoon
Soylent Green
Night of the Living Dead
The Green Slime
Cabin in the Woods
Saw
The Descent
The Thing
Play Misty for Me
Candyman

Dunno, have not watched it.

Try A Silent Voice. Movie, well animated, and well done, down to earth story.

Seen just a few of them, not big into the normal horror stuff. Really never have gotten into the whole zombie thing. Also the reason why I have not watched that TV show about zombies (cannot remember the name). I did see the Thing, Play Misty for me was awesome (Clint is a class act) and I think I saw the creature of the black lagoon.

Klown - the series on Amazon Prime channel. It is the funniest series I have ever seen.

Caution: This series is drop dead funny but not for the faint of heart. It is bawdy, profane, vulgar and seriously twisted and very well done. Sick bastards such as Justabubba, Middleground and Luther would like the series.

Night of the Living Dead is a true classic...I saw it for the 1st time at the drive in with my boyfriend and another couple in 1969...we went for pizza after...the gooey cheese on the pizza was epic...will always remind me of the zombies eating intestines...famous line in the movie..."They're comin' to get cha, Barabara"....:2razz:

Not in any particular order:

Little Big Man

Bridge Over The River Kwai

A Fork In The Road

Apocalypse Now

Shawshank Redemption

Pulp Fiction

Monty Python Holy Grail

Jaws

The Good, The Bad and The Ugly

I Spit On Your Grave (1978)

Plan 9 from Outer Space (1959)

Cheyenne Social Club isn't on a lot of lists. It's Henry Fonda and Jimmy Stewart. They're both cow punchers and straight as an arrow Jimmy Stewart inherits his brother's business, which happens to be a brothel. Just a great comedy western.

Oscar, Tank, Sharknado(s), almost any infection/plague movie, National Treasure, Undercover Blues, The Stand, One for the Money, Turtles movies, musicals

Is Jim Varney in any of those? If it ain't in the Earnest collection, I ain't seen it.

“This Must Be the Place” with Sean Penn has been the best movie I’ve seen in the past month.

Another good one was “Burn after Reading.” Brad Pitt, Francis McDermond, John Mallovich, George Clooney and the guy who played the Nazi in Oz all headline that funny film.
