    The Cars Frontman Ric Ocasek Dead at 75

    too bad. Joins Ben Orr who died much younger.

    Hard to even comprehend that he was seventy-five years old, or that he was divorced from Paulina.

    Always elegant. How many in the world of pop music could wear a cravat without being pretentious? He'd dine at the Quilted Giraffe or the Odeon, comfortable up and downtown.

    Just What I Needed still fresh as when it was first recorded.



    Edie Money also passed this week at 70. Both are immortal.

    Ouch. RIP. The Cars were big in the early 80's, and everyone hummed their songs in school.
