Better to watch this in full screen with decent speakers or headphones.

It may prove scary, but I will bring all the kids in the family to see this together, with their parents. Too beautiful for any of them to miss, tho I doubt it won't become a standard in most homes.

Three times I saw Cats in the theater and was enchanted. This looks far better.

OMG, that looks beautiful. I wanna see it too. :)

Thanks for posting, OldFatGuy.

I've never had the pleasure of seeing Cats, though I have heard the songs from the musical. I could certainly be convinced to watch it, though my wife found the trailer a little horrifying with the CGI overlay so it looked like human faces and hands on cats.

Too bad about James Corden being in it. Otherwise looks good.

I have the T. S. Eliot book. :)

Looks like a real dose of lush eye candy. Looking forward to it.

What have you got against Corden?

BTW, every poem in Old Possum's Book of Practical Cats was edited by Ezra Pound.

James Corden is almost always playing James Corden. A fatuous "I'm so cute I can barely stand it" talk show host.

I enjoyed his two-episode role on Doctor Who, where he was either pre-prima-donna or was able to tone down the prima donna and play the part with a supporting actor touch. But whenever else I have seen him, he sticks out like a sore thumb. I enjoyed almost all of the trailer ... but him being there was a sour note which will make me not care whether or when I see the show.

I'm not familiar with him, the reason why I asked. On the basis of your critique, he should fit right in with the rest of the cast, so many prima donnas. :)
