I used to read SK - loved The Stand- another show is the Sinner- in second season with Bill Pullman- you might enjoy that as well

Yeah, I made my wife watch it. It was definitely King. Pretty well casted, good production value..much better than a lot of other king adaptations. His quirky story/character arrangement is always a challenge to portray well in flim I think.

I enjoyed it. I thought it was a bit tedious at times, but I'd watch a second season if it came out.
 
This is a solid show, but its personality is much more J.J. Abrams than Stephen King.
 
I adore King. I need to check this out.
