Have not seen it but by the vid posted it looks like a black Archie Bunker.
It may work if it has good writing. From the preview the black neighbor's two sons seem to work best. Everyone else appears a little sterile and predictable.

That was my thought, too...so far the writing and the acting seem to be pretty good...I hope it continues...it has the potential...

That looks hilarious, I really like Cedric the Entertainer. This is one of those shows I really want to watch then forget what day it's on. Thanks for the reminder, I am writing myself a note right now to catch up on demand and then start watching.
