Of course you don't, but that doesn't mean the question goes away. Where does such a strange meme come from? Why should anyone take it at face value? Who made it? Why? Simple questions you cannot answer, but whose meaning you want us to be sure of.

Your arguments are becoming more spurious, the claims less demonstrable.

I've seen terrible explanations for pictures, but the above takes the cake.

Why can't you give a source for your meme? Why should anyone take it seriously? You're stalling on a simple set of questions. I am glad you are playing the race card so early. It's almost prophetic that Roseanne made herself go crazy and had herself removed from television through a drug overdose.

Many Trump supporters in the North East have died from drug overdoses as it is. Maybe her death will bring attention to a rising epidemic. They can make the show about a new generation of liberals who donate much of their time to charity and help repair the lives of drug addled Trump supporters.

These people are infinitely superior to those who make comments like Roseanne Barr, a MAGA supporter.

Rosie dies, Dan mopes for a bit but he soon runs into a chick at The Lobo or at the bowling alley and she becomes his girlfriend, and eventually the "NEW Mrs. Conner".

MELISSA MCCARTHY - - she is just perfect for Dan's girlfriend and she could breathe life into a brand new character that would make the show blast off again.

A better debater would have simply linked the picture and let everyone know where it came from.

You're stalling and refraining from letting us know the source of your ideas. That's really poor form but expected given your poutrage at someone not being fired. I hope you understand that Roseanne would have been fired whether she thought Jarret was black or white. That defies your contention, makes it look pretty stupid actually.

No chance. She’s too big a star, and she basically quit a similar role in a blue-collar series because of it.

Yeah unfortunately you may be right.
But I am not by far the only one who instantly plugged Melissa McCarthy into the Conner household when this whole **** storm went down.
A ton of people thought of her as Dan's new GF.
You gotta admit, she is funny as Hell and she would light that show's fuse in brand new ways.

Honest to God, I really do believe that she could not only save the show, she could help the rest of the cast reinvent it.

So Bob, no link to where this awkward and unexplained meme comes from? That seems like a pretty convenient way to halt a discussion. You know, not bothering to provide to anyone the source a photoshopped picture of an Asian woman came from.

I'm glad the other people involved in making the show got an extra year of work and time to go look for other employment on their own terms. But I will be surprised if the show lasts more than another year and if I happen to forget that it's on I won't feel bad about missing it.

The only reason I may watch the first episode of THE CONNERS is to see how far the writers and actors bend over backwards to distance themselves from Roseanne.

Of course, the effort to be totally politically correct will kill whatever humorous potential the show ever had. It'll probably sound like this year's Emmy Awards.
