The lack of coverage on this is amazing, this was way back in April and i learned about it today on a podcast because a viewer asked Michael Rosenbaum about it.

Mack, 35, is alleged by prosecutors to have recruited slaves for pay, forcing the women to have sex with Raniere, and using explicit photos and damaging information to ensure their compliance.

The so-called journalists are confused on how to play this, so they say little/nothing till they gain clarity.

They sure dont want to be going wrong according to the #METOO crowd!

"nxivm-news" gets me only 31,000 hits on Google...that is not much given how big the story is and how long it has been around.

I agree with the OP, this story is lightly traveled.

So you are not at all curious about the house of cards that is probably behind it? How many people knew and said nothing? How many people knew and accepted political donations? How many people are possibly in this "circle" of insane people?

By who? I just learned about it today and i am pretty tuned in to whats happening. Surely it was discussed but "at length" is an overstatement.

I think there is a general hard sense of WTF??? surrounding all this. These arent naive little children. These arent people being coerced on the casting couch.

Well when you have MACK swearing up and down that women were not in fact victims of a Bad Man as the state claims that works as a monkey wrench in the story...what are the so-called journalists supposed to do with that in the age of #METOO hysterics?

its weird. I mean...the guy just looks like your average schmuck. And there is no way of knowing how many fell for this and for that matter...many that did dont regret their involvement).

We had a thread or two on here about it. This story doesn't involve Trump so after a day or so Its out of the cycle. Find a way to tie in Russia and it may get some traction

Ya know...ive read several stories about this. What I haven seen is a story about an individual forced against their will to join this little cult or being branded against their will.

I just think it sucks that they are allowed to ignore it, this is huge and could explain so much of the confusion that currently exist. Like how can she be a feminist but also be okay with this? That is a conversation that would answer a lot of questions.
