Stranger Things 3 Teaser made me feel like a kid for a moment

Waldenbooks? Sam Goody?? :boohoo: My first job was at Waldenbooks.

Haven't heard those store names in years.

They had a lot of cool stores back then. My little sucky mall has 5 Belk's stores and not much else. A Bath and Body Works, a few clothing stores, 2 shoe stores. That's it.

And am impatiently waiting for Season 3.

WTH has that got to do with Stranger Things? I know the title says its a teaser trailer but....that is NOTHING like the first 2 seasons.

Sam Goody. We also had a Peaches and Coconuts, but they weren't Sam Goody.

I was waiting for something strange pop out in there but it was still fun just to remember and be nostalgic about malls.

The country Im in is in love with Malls- they make huge numbers of them.

I wonder if they will eventually fall out like they did here. There are 4 indoor malls here but only 2 would still be considered malls and they are both in decline. It's surreal going into a huge mall that used to be bustling with people and noise only to have it empty with only a couple stores left. It's sad but it is what it is.

Im in the tropics, so malls out here are more of a necessity. People stay inside to escape the heat and humidity.

That's a huge reason I don't get why they are in decline here in Nebraska where it can be extremely hot and humid or freezing and snowing. But for whatever reason the outdoor malls are getting more popular, go figure.

I don't think that will happen in any other country because places like Amazon will not dominate shopping.

the US is the only country with the infrastructure to not have to charge a ton of money for shipping for each item.
