FOX WITH DISNEY OR COMCASTDisney has made a $52.4 billion all-stock offer for the bulk of Twenty-First Century Fox, including the studios behind the “Avatar” movies, “The Simpsons” and “Modern Family,” along with National Geographic. Marvel would get back the characters previously licensed to Fox, reuniting X-Men with the Avengers.
But Comcast has said it is preparing an all-cash offer that is superior to Disney’s. It will likely to make an offer soon, now that the judge has ruled in AT&T’s favor, without setting any conditions.
Here's hoping Disney can pry Fox to it's side, I don't care about most of this, I care about Marvel getting its IP back to make more movies damn it.

I care, this consolidation of these businesses will only mean increased costs for everyone.

Comcast-Fox is far from a done deal. Disney's CEO really wants Fox. His deal is also all stock, which is something the Fox major owner wants. This will allow the deal to be tax free for him. Comcast deal will probably be higher than the original Disney offer, but all cash. Should be interesting, but many think Disney will prevail.

The AT&T/Time-Warner ruling is a loss for Trump who opposed the merger to spite CNN.

If Comcast-Fox goes through would Maddow and Hannity be co-workers? That would make for an interesting corporate Christmas party!
