What are you listening to? ver. 15.0

I came across this not too long ago. I must say I am NOT a fan of most heavy metal and grew up listening to Simon and Garfunkel. That said this version of The Sound of Silence might be better than the original. I didn't know Howie Mandel did heavy metal, LOL! Never heard of "Disturbed" but I give them credit. Its really good.

I love Disturbed's interpretation. But the Simon and Garfunkel original is coming from an entirely different place, a time that in retrospect seems very sweet as well as earnest rather than angry and cynical, so IMO there is no comparison beyond notes/instruments and lyrics.
