[R.I.P.} Author Ursula K. Le Guin dies at 88

I liked a lot of her work. Trippy like P.K. Dick, but without the maddening intentional ambiguity.

The Earthsea books and The Lathe of Heaven(does any one remember the PBS adaptation?) are some of my favorites. She was an amazing talent.

A legacy for many more generations to enjoy. Timeless, transcending the moment. Both her and her friend Marion Zimmer Bradley with her Arthurian tales. Live worth celebrating. At 88, passing to the next step with a full life behind her, not to me mourned or saddened but to pay homage and celebrate her accomplishments.

I read her book The Left Hand of Darkness when I was 12. Wonderful author who broke new ground in sci-fi and fantasy. RIP.
