British sitcoms?

I seen a few Benny Hill stuff which it didn't make sense.
I sen a few Dave Allen At large which he made fun of the pope.
Bottom line I could not stop yawning instead of laughing.

The Office was a masterpiece

Ever check out "The I.T. Crowd"? I've literally cried laughing at it.

Definitely IT Crowd!

Man, this bit, maybe one of the funniest moments in any sitcom ever, I replayed this over and over I couldn't stop laughing, wife must have thought I was absolutely mental.

Fawlty Towers was great.

I loved Black Adder too, use to stay up and you had to know when shows were on and which channel back in the day. It was a mysterious show, Rowan Atkinson was so great in that, and Baldric...the way Rowan would spit that name out. It changed timelines, crazy stuff! Dr. House in his early years...the dirty/fop prince, loved it.

The original Dr. Who almost qualifies as a sticom sometimes too :)

Rowan has a slight speech impediment. He counters his stammer by overpronouncing the letter "b". Which of course is why the boy (a girl disguised) Blackadder found himself curiously attracted to was called "Bob" just so the rest of the cast could watch him struggle! Friends, eh?

Father Ted
Black's Books
The IT Crowd
Little Britain
The Fall and Rise of Reggie Perrin
Chef!
The League of Gentlemen

Ah yes! I remember Chef!.

Then there was Benny Hill. That man was hysterical.

Had no idea, I've never looked that up, that's interesting. I suspect they did it all in good teasing?
We all know that perfection is boring. It's those slight imperfections coupled with excellence that makes legends :) "Baldric" always came out as though he had to spit that name out being so demeaned by even saying that idiots name, it always made me smile. (loveable idiot and his turnips)

Reminds me of voice actor Justin Roiland (Rick and Morty), he stammers a bit and it brings his work from good to OMFG greatness.
