I think it would be most inappropriate. But I'm a fuddy duddy about such, I didn't let my kids watch Hard R movies till they were 16.

That's what was holding me back is the R rating, I don't typically let her watch those. The last one we did was Logan and I thought it ended up being a little too violent for her, even though she didn't seem fazed by it.

There aren't "jump scares" so much as the dread. Lot's of adult issues. Scenes that are pretty scary. I'd advise waiting for it on video and watching yourself first to see if she could handle. If she can, go out to dinner and leave her home alone. Make sure to come back early dressed as a clown with a red balloon... :)
