Defenders series on netflix

Just started watching this.

I watched the Daredevil series which was great.
I struggled through the Jessica Jones series which was pretty boring and I couldn't get into it.
I liked the Luke Cage series quite a bit.
The Iron Fist series was pretty disappointing.

Interesting to see Sigourney Weaver as one of the key bad guys. seems pretty good so far.

I'm not sure if I'm gonna watch this one.

I've seen a bit of daredevil, I've watched all of Luke Cage.

Luke Cage was great, I loved the actual character, he was a cool dude, just enjoyed watching it for that reason but the story itself was a ****ing shambled mess towards the end.

Luke Cage is my favorite marvel TV hero. Perhaps second favorite Superhero of all time. Though that might change with Black Panther coming out next year!

I thought it was a tad too short tbh. I saw the ending coming, but then I was like that can't be it can it? Honestly it was one of the most clear and concise storylines from the MCU that I've seen to date and knowing the background of each character does make you appreciate it more. Everyone was perfect in their element.

I just finished episode three, and I think this show just might possibly have the worst dialogue ever. The show also suffers a 46% decline every time the douche is on screen.

And don't ask me who "the douche" is. If you've been watching this show then you know goddamn well who I mean.

Everyone has a favorite Avenger (and that Avenger is never Hawkeye), but for me it comes down to which Defender bores and annoys me the least. I suppose that's probably Daredevil.

The Netflix Marvel series had a great deal of promise when Daredevil aired (and the second season was none too shabby). Jessica Jones? A lot of people hated it but the overall story arc was fine and David Tennant as Kilgrave probably saved the show. The Luke Cage story was meandering and pointless, and I gave up on it three quarters of the way through. I got to the second episode of The Douche before hitting the eject button.

The action, when they get around to it, is very well done. If they had paid their writers at least half of what they paid the fight choreographer, maybe the characters' lines wouldn't suck so hard.

Exactly.

I thought it was so-so. Not bad, but not great either- its like watching the Avengers, but on a very, very low budget so they have to stage their fight scenes in the shadows and in dingy warehouses. I also found it was awkward since only Daredevil wore a costume while everybody else just had street clothes on. The guy who plays Danny Rand was miscast- he just doesnt strike me as Iron Fist, same with Jessica Jones. 5/10

In the end the only superhero TV show I liked was Daredevil season 1.

I thought it was entertaining. Jessica Jones is actually my favorite because she just seems like a much more real person to me, with all her warts and issues. Iron Fist is definitely annoying and not my favorite. I enjoy the fight scenes from Daredevil the most and Luke Cage's demeanor is something I enjoy. So basically just Iron Fist sucks, lol.
