Still the funniest show on TV. But I am bummed that TJ Miller has left it- his character Erlich Bachmann was the funniest guy on it and now I'm worried the show will go downhill without him.

This guy is going on a rampage and it won't be good for his career. He is bashing everyone and the show which makes you wonder how real his bashing is. Seems scandalous.
I love comedy specials on Netflix but I don't think he is a comedian like he says he is. I've heard mixed reviews about his stand-up routine. I don't think I could stand listening to him for an hour. He is a one-trick pony, but one that can't be replaced.

That being said, I'm not sure how the show will fare without him. He isn't even my favorite actor on there though Kumail Nanjiani is. So I have hope. Bring on Season 4.

You bring up a good point, but I felt the show's funniest moments was with Erlich. The other actors are pro stand up comedians, but I never found the others hands down funny unlike TJ Miller- he always seems to get the best lines.

And that's the difference. He does lines. The others are comedians, yet he has to go on and be a drama queen claiming the others are just actors and that he's the REAL comedian. I know he's had problems with drugs before too. I really wonder what happened.
 
I love this show, incredibly funny. I work for one of the mega Silicon Valley companies that has been mentioned on the show, and I have to go back to HQ from time to time, this show is pretty much spot on.

And Gilfoyle is a god. Sad to see TJ leaving, but he is a pretty unstable guy, they will survive without him...heck, they lost one of the best actors on the show after season one when he died, and its still great.

No!!! The company I work for is actually more grounded...and very profitable. I am so glad I don't have to work over there, it is too expensive.
