Chris Cornell, Soundgarden frontman, dead

Just saw this.

One of the big boys of the Seattle sound is gone. Sad.

I thought he'd made it through just fine. Sounded in perfect form a few years back (Soundgarden/NIN concert). I guess you never know. Damn.
 
Major bummer. One of the more powerful lead singers to come out of the USA in a couple decades.
 
Holy ****. I attended a Soundgarden concert back in my college days. They were awesome. RIP.

So ****ed up. Everyone put all the positive energy you have toward our musicians and entertainers lest 2017 become 2016 Part II (God help us!)...
 
I've had Soundgarden, Audioslave and Temple of the Dog playing since I heard the news. Chris was, by a mile, my favourite vocalist, such an incredible talent.
