This looks good! Certainly has potential. Unfortunately it also has potential to suck, too (since Alien and Aliens were masterpieces).
 
Looks awesome!! Aliens is the greatest sci-fi horror flick of all time. If this is half the movie that was, it will still be worth watching.

Agreed with all of the above. I do have to say though, after re-watching the trailer, it feels underwhelming.

I saw the first Alien with my brother. We were both screeching like little school girls the whole time. After it ended we were like, "Wow! That was something else! I was sooooo scared!" for about 30 minutes. After that all else is "blah", I'm afraid. You see one snake pop out of a living human you've seen them all.
 
Seems to be re-treading stuff we've seen before.

It does look good. I have high hopes for it because Sigourney Weaver isn't in it. That tells me they had money to spend on writers instead of sequel stars. The last one she did was a piece of absolute schmaltzy crap.

Pass, looks almost like the original one with a bit of sex in it. I think they have rehashed the "finding of the aliens" who then slaughter them stick enough. Hollywood is running out of ideas.

Yeah, because they refuse to bring in new writers. Hollywood has become increasingly elitist, and its hurting their creativity and avenues with which to explore new plot lines and ideas.

Naw Hollywood is becoming increasingly conservative, not willing to try new things and sticking to age old crap that wont work in the 21st century. They are simply not willing to take a risk any more.
 
I like the music in the trailor but as Jay said: meh, just another rehash or to be more specific another movie they have remade because they can't come up with **** any more

they redo every GD movie over and over until they ruin it...

come up with some new for god's sake... please
