story songs - forgotten?

Thank you for that. My wife and I loved Harry Chapin and saw him at least six times. The man was a genius and is fondly missed as nobody replaced him and the type of music he gave to us.

My favorite is A BETTER PLACE TO BE. I used to sing it to my kids to put them to sleep at night. When my daughter got married we played it for the father - daughter dance at the reception. My grandson heard it a hundred or more times as I would sing it to him at night. He called it "little man".

Thank you for bringing back these memories.
