Anyone watching this on AMC besides me? I am hooked on the series. It's quirky and well written. In the most recent episode Jimmy talks to police about his client filming a "Hoboken Squat Cobbler". He then goes on to explain it. Off center humor well done.

AMC continues to produce some very entertaining programs. Great writing and direction.

sequel to the chicago sunroof
yea, spent all afternoon last monday watching last season's episodes - again
while i like slippin jimmy, mike is my favorite

given its exceptional writing and odd characters, not a bit surprised you're a fan

Fan? Hell, I can relate. ;)

I hope you aren't suggesting that Slipping Jimmy isn't real.

I don't know what your reading habits are but if you are as seriously twisted as I am - and I suspect you may be - I highly recommend reading Dove Season, which has almost nothing to do with doves or hunting.

I'll wait till the season ends before binge watching it (I hate waiting for new episodes every week). I think its better than Breaking Bad.

I've just started watching season 1. I'll have to wait for season 2 next year.

Yeah, I like more than Breaking Bad. Both were/are good but I prefer Better Call Saul.

Haven't had a chance to catch the two new episodes yet, but I plan on watching the DVR recordings as soon as possible. I absolutely loved Season 1.

BCS might even be better than Breaking Bad, at least in its early seasons.

Yeah, man, I think it is better. So far there has not been one bad episode. Season 2 is a kick in the ass and there are some surprises. That's all I will say.

I just caught up with BCS.

I want to change my screen name to Squat Cobbler.

LOL It's a great show, innit?

I read recently where the entire bit regarding squat cobbler was written in at the last minute at the suggestion of Bob Odenkirk (Jimmy). It is a great scene. The two detectives played it to the hilt. Great acting. Do you agree?

Season 2 is out!!!! [flails arms uncontrollably] ohmagosh ohmagosh ohmagosh...

I think Jimmy is about two episodes away from becoming Saul. Didn't see last night yet.

just wait until you see what they did to the nerd with the clown shoes, clown car, and baseball card collection

I don't know if it's better than BB, which was pretty damn close to perfect, but it's just as good. The writing and acting are both top notch. The scene last season where Jimmy confronted his brother was just as good as anything on BB and better than 99.9% of what's on TV.

And Odenkik is one sick dude to come up with Squat Cobbler.

how does one hide posts such as this with the "spoiler alert" bar?

anyone notice the scene where jimmy and kim are eating the leftover pie in the bed, discussing the squat cobbler incident, that she is wearing a University of American Samoa sweatshirt

GO land crabs !!!

Slippin Jimmy and Mike, can't decide which I like more. Jimmy is the quintessential used car salesman with a dash of extra charm,
and Mike is beyond terrifying, from the Pimento scene all the way up to being pounded by Tuco without even squinting once.
Sidecar: I used to have one of those 1980's Chryslers....very very smooth, comfy and, with a bit of tweaking, very potent on the highway.
I'm almost in the mood to pick one up for next to nothing and hot rod the dumb thing as a sleeper. :D
