Too expensive for a half finished game, and something which is basically a Battlefront mod.

It is pretty though, and yes I am a very big Star Wars fan.

I disagree with your assessment HOWEVER, $69.99 CAD is a hell of alot to ask for a season pass.

I'm definitely not one to give EA the benefit of the doubt however, I am enjoying Battlefront for the most part.

The gameplay is a little shallow for my taste but you can't have everything, in the end Battlefront is a hell of a polished product, it's really slick, I will get the DLC if and when it goes on sale (hoping the Christmas sale will have it) and I'll see it all the way through, Star Wars has never looked and sounded this good.

Every speck of dust on Tatooine, every bit of dirt on the stormtroopers uniform, every sunglare off Vaders helmet, every twig on Endor is beautifully rendered.

There are times it's photo realistic and again, the gameplay is a little basic, it could have been better fleshed out, but ultimately I'm happy with the overall product.
 
I don't like shooters enough to fork over the cost of the game. I might give it a try in 6 months to a year when the price goes down.

My son play it and he's not all that impressed. He plays Fallout 4 more.
