I have been working on new textures for armours, clothes, cloaks and what not for a long time now to add up together in a mod for Rome 2. And now I am finaly entering the process of setting things together in packs to be released. For now I have mainly focused on cultures set arround the mediteraine.

Mainly the Macedonian successor Kingdoms of Ptolomy, Seleucos, Bactria and the Macedonians. Also some Greek city states, Balkan cultures such as the Illyrians aswell as eastern Hellenic Kingdoms and city states like Pontus, Bosporus and Pergamon and the Celtic tribes of the Galatians.

Anyway, I wanted to show off some of my work:

New chainmails for the "imitation legionaries" and pikes that the ptolomies set up after encountering the Romans:

Some beautifull armours I made for the Hellenic Royal Guard and Guard Swordsmen of the Ptolomies:

And tunics which are best seen on the Peltasts:

Most if not all the armours, helmets, clothes, cloaks and other stuff, was made by me.

I might post more later

That is fantastic! Great job!

Wow, German. Such variety in expressions and structures. I like how some are looking down or away - little bits of realism, there. I like the detail on the maille wraps and the sandals. Very nice.

Looks like the cast of the next 300 movie.

Very nice! I always loved playing as the Bactrians in the Europa Barbarorum mod for Rome 1.

They're freaking Afghani Greeks, man! What's not to love?

I hate them in Rome 2.

The bactrians crossed the Indus river and founded greek city states in northern india, aswell as expanding their empire to found a Indo-Greek Kingdom, which lasted for 200 years, until nomadic scythians invaded.

But in Rome 2 you cant do that, instead you are forced to march on Persia, when Bactria in fact didnt give a damn about the Persian and their silly squables, instead focusing on India.

True. The smaller map's a bit of a pain in that regard.
