Things You Do in Video Games That Would Be Creepy in Real Life

Feeding my "pet" fish that would change it into something else like a big spider.

Or just having my transformed pet go along when I go shopping.

Deliberately going the wrong direction constantly to make sure there isn't any loot I'm missing.

Making sweet, sweet love to an alien species.

Okay...okay....some in game shots I made a few years back from the online game Ultima Online. I don't think I ever got banned, but I liked having fun. Let me know if you like them, for when I found these old pics of when I was playing, it brought a tear to my eye, almost as if real memories. Oh, the pics of me are naked, when everyone else likes to wear cool armor and such....it was my way of rebelling and just fighting with a club as ferociously and swiftly as I could. Good times.

Here I am trying to play a hack in the game and steal a moongate in the game...and a game guard sentinel challenges me. And yes,....my character Pennywise stuttered.

Running around in a loincloth with long hair and beard in UO is one of the high points of gaming the past 10 years, I agree. That game...such greatness.
It was so good I cold turkey quit and never committed as much time to an MMO again, soon giving up MMOs entirely. I wish I still had all my screen shots, put those with the wedding pictures and baby pictures :) :) they are priceless.

I know what you mean. I quit cold turkey as well about two years ago. I started playing the game because my daughters played. It was sort of a thing to do together. And when they quit I kept on....for ten years. It was the only game I ever played online. I just wasn't a gamer, per se. I was just into UO. Sometimes I think about going back, but, I broke out of my last life once I retired, and took a job overseas, and it keeps me running. I will say one thing, if I ever settle down again, and am in the old folks home and that game is still going on, I just might go back. Great memories.

Which reminds me....maybe you will remember this flash drive about UO...Memories...called A Dog....get ready to cry.

Jumped off a building with an RPG launcher, opened a parachute, shot off a rocket killing the person below me, and then landed safely.

Wait, that wouldn't be creepy, that'd be badass. :D

No, but I like it. Check out my video above from MW3 Call of Duty of a guy doing the pop smoke trick and an airdrop container lands on and kills the other online player.

hehehe....

I play a gamemode in the game Garry's Mod called Trouble in Terrorist town - basically a detective/deductive game where a couple of players are "traitors" and must kill of the others, and the innos [and detectives] try to find and kill the traitors. Some servers have a weapon called a jihad bomb [holy political incorrectness, Batman :D :D :D ] - a suicide bomb. Let's just say I've become proficient in the element of surprise.

Turning into a werewolf while my wife is making dinner in the next room.

Oh...I just thought of something creepy I've done in a game that was pretty sick...and I'm not proud of it, either.

Setting someone fire in Postal...and then peeing on them.

...the gun knows.

Wow. Until I read this thread I thought the creepiest thing I ever did in a video game was sneak in for a backstab at 6x Damage.

I appear to be a rank amateur at video game creepiness. :(

Ever gone on a spontaneous homocidal rampage, gleefully slaughtering an entire town's worth of people in the process, only to reload the game and go on about your business as if absolutely nothing had happened afterwards?

How else do you think I relieve the frustrations of getting caught in Hitman:Absolution?
