SHHH, Don't Tell Your Star, But...

My oldest son has been playing "Defiance". If you like 1st person shooters, he says it's pretty good. only about 15 hours into the game so far.

Also the Mass Effect series is always a safe bet

Mass Effect is fantastic, but it's better played on the PC if you have the option.

Infamous is pretty good. The God of War games are fun too. Little Big Planet is also a lot of fun.

I'm late to the party for it, but right now I find it hard to tear myself away from Borderlands.

...just one more Skag run for XP.
...just one more mission, looking for that "better" gun.

I've been spending WAY too much time on Borderlands and now Borderlands 2.

Most fun I've had gaming in a while.

Was thinking about starting a thread to see if anybody here plays.

Havent done the online part much yet.

Ever have a gun you really liked and sold it by accident. I did recently.

Vladof fire sniper with a 21 round magazine. I was gonna leave it to myself.

Best part of Borderlands is side-by-side multiplayer. Me and a friend of mine went through the entire first one, including all the bonus missions. He refuses to jump to the second one because "he'd lose his favorite gun." So we're two gods wandering the wastelands, mercilessly crushing anyone in our paths. Sooner or later we'll switch.

Can't he just find a new favorite gun in borderlands two? There is one interesting brand of guns that are made by the tededor corporation (I probably misspelled the name) and their signature feature is that when you have to reload, you throw the empty gun at enemy's and the gun becomes a explosive gernade. The new gun appears to replace the one you threw at the enemy.

I've got three of those guns. :)
